Our client , a leading financial services company, is looking for a Corporate Finance Specialist to join their team
Duties and responsibilities include but are not subject to: • Develop, implement, and manage fundraising strategy and program to meet capital requirements.
• Negotiation and structuring of financial details.
• Gathering, analysis and interpretation of complex numerical information.
• Assessing and predicting financial risks and returns.
• Relationship building with potential funders, legal counsel, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain all reporting requirements around the fundraising strategy.
• Liaising with lawyers, financial experts and regulatory bodies.
• Preparation of prospectus and legal documents.
• Treasury management.
• Company Secretarial duties.
Skills • Ability to work independently, create solutions and collaborate internally and externally.
• Ability to negotiate terms and pricing with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the confidence and adaptability to deal with all levels of management internally and with the ability to form and manage corporate relationships, particularly with the banks and suppliers
• Attention to timing and detail; capable of distilling large volumes of information and handling rapidly changing information.
Qualifications • Critical analytical thinker with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
• Good numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of capital markets
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Capital Raising/ Corporate Finance required.
• Relevant qualification imperative.
